Returns

• 📦 Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• 🚚 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• 🔁 No restocking fees.

• ❗ Final Sale: All merchandise items (such as apparel, accessories, and branded gear) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

All other products, including plush toys and books, are eligible for return under this policy as long as they are unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and bank clearance.
