📦 Idori Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Partners

  • Books & Plush Toys — fulfilled by eFulfillment Service in Michigan (our warehouse partner).

  • Merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories, printed goods) — fulfilled by Printful via our Shopify store, using Printful’s fulfillment & shipping protocols. 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

For Books & Plush (via eFulfillment Service)

  • Domestic (U.S.): economy-class mail, expected delivery 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • International: as specified at checkout; delivery times vary by destination and customs.

For Merchandise (via Printful)

  • Fulfillment time (production + processing): typically 2–5 business days.

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment; Express shipping (if chosen) 1–3 business days. 

  • International Shipping: Standard shipping generally takes 5–20 business days (depending on destination and customs). 

When calculating estimated delivery, add the fulfillment time (2–5 days) + shipping time. 

💲 Shipping Costs

  • For Printful-fulfilled merchandise: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination, product type, and weight/dimensions — per Printful’s live or flat rate pricing.

  • For eFulfillment Service-fulfilled items (books, plush), shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

If a cart contains both Printful merchandise and eFulfillment-fulfilled items, shipping charges for each part will be calculated separately and combined at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

🔔 What to Expect at Purchase

  • Once you place an order, the relevant fulfillment partner will receive the order details.

    • For Printful orders: once shipped, your order will automatically update to “Fulfilled” in Shopify and you’ll receive tracking info.

    • For eFulfillment Service orders: we’ll send you a shipping confirmation and tracking info once your package ships.

  • Orders with multiple items from different fulfillment partners may ship separately and arrive at different times.

⚠️ Notes & Exceptions

  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only; actual speed may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international), or high-volume periods.

  • Printful and eFulfillment Service fulfillment times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customs clearance, or postal/carrier disruptions.
